  • Course content is provided for general educational purposes and is not legal, professional, or compliance advice.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

To use the Service you must be able to form a binding agreement with us. 5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its content, including courses, lessons, assessments, text, graphics, software, and the overall design, are owned by SimPath Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its content solely for your own individual, non-commercial study. 7. Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will SimPath Academy or its owners, officers, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred United States dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimPath Academy and its owners, officers, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
